About Marsha Freedman
I am passionate about my work and strongly believe that successful leaders are those who possess the ability to deliver a clear and convincing message with confidence and charisma. Their ability to do so has a tremendous impact on the motivation, productivity, and retention of their employees and helps to create a positive work environment.
Since leaders spend the majority of their time communicating, it is critical that they receive professional training to improve or polish their skills. As newly promoted and aspiring leaders face many challenges in their new positions, they can also benefit from working with me one-on-one or in a group setting to boost their confidence and dramatically improve their communication skills. I help professionals reduce nervousness, increase confidence, develop and deliver a clearly structured message, improve use of body language and vocal variety, deal with difficult questions and challenging personalities, and develop their executive presence.
I am proud to be a long-time resident of Broward County and, over the several decades, hav witnessed tremendous change there. I am proud to have raised two sons who have happily remained in Broward County, in spite of their promise to leave the area “with no seasons.” They currently work together in the commercial real estate field and have provided me with 5 of the most “intelligent, beautiful, and personable grandchildren in the world.”
Experience
I have over 18 years of experience as a presentation skills expert, leading thousands of workshops and individual sessions with leaders or aspiring leaders, empowering them to reach their full potential as communicators. My expertise lies in the areas of presentation skills and executive presence.
I have been an adjunct communication instructor at several universities in South Florida for over 18 years, and has facilitated workshops for prestigious companies, such as American Express, NextEra/FPL, and Honeywell; municipalities, such as Broward County, Tamarac, and Miramar; and hospitals, such as the Cleveland Clinic.
