What is a Leadership Journey II – Beyond the Barriers?
Exclusively for Leadership Journey alumni, the Leadership Journey II is a coaching program that leverages the application of concepts from Journey I, builds on those concepts and results in the development of a comprehensive individual action plan. This program focuses on the application of leadership business concepts, additional skill development, and organizational strategies. New concepts are discussed, tested and applied, with barriers minimized, if not eliminated.
This 9-session program focuses on formulating new strategies and strengthening leadership behaviors related to:
- WORK OF LEADERS uses the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution to better understand effective leadership behaviors
- Manage CHANGE while supporting your vision and organizational goals
- Develop TRUST within yourself and others
- Learn to INFLUENCE positively and with authority
- Learn COACHING techniques
- MASTER TIME by eliminating the detractors that impede results
- 360 Feedback process (tool and debrief)
Using the above tools and processes, combined with your assessment results from the Leadership Journey I, this next level program leverages your professional aspirations in order to create clear vision, mission, and goals to move beyond the obstacles that stand in the way of your success.

This program is for any Leadership Journey graduate that is facing new challenges as a leader and wants to formulate new strategies to enable them to move beyond the barriers for greater success. This is for the leader that is never satisfied with being “good enough” and who wants to take a deeper dive into how they can develop a successful vison framework, align and successfully execute their vision for success.

- Two one-on-one private coaching session (60 minutes each)
- Nine interactive group sessions (2 hours each)
- Small class size for a personalized coaching experience
- Earn continuing education for PMI (Re-certification credits – refer to PMI Talent Triangle)
- This program is selectively offered, generally once annually.
