For over twenty years I have enabled transformational changes for my clients either in their lives overall, in their careers, leadership or their coaching journey. I am a highly experienced and accredited executive and career coach, coach supervisor and mentor. I am a trained systemic coach & facilitator, somatic and trauma-informed coach.
I am probably not your average Executive and Personal Career Coach, Supervisor. Whilst I have those skills, I am also a trained systemic practitioner and trauma informed coach. I can work at a practical level, but I will more often tune into what’s key for you then using a constellation, somatic or alternative approach to explore what is often not immediately obvious.

I generally (but not exclusively) work with those who:

• Sense they are at a crossroads in their career or life
• Are leaders, professionals who want to make more of an impact in their organisations or the wider world
• Feel they could be doing more or something different
• Want to be outstanding coaches for their clients
• Feel there is something holding them back from fulfilling their own life journey.

I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), one of the 1% of coaches in the world to have obtained this accreditation.
