About Carrie Radovich
Passion. That’s a word that permeates my work.
I have a passion for helping my executive clients exceed their own expectations and expand their leadership capacity. I have a passionate style that is direct, while at the same time empowering and supportive. I also have been told that my enthusiasm can be downright contagious – especially when I’m creatively helping teams work through challenges or mine new opportunities.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, I spent 17 years channeling my passion into marketing and sales. I began my career at Leo Burnett in account management and translated my leadership, communication and sales skills into an 11-year career in publishing at Time Inc. Most notably, I was the Midwest Director for Corporate Sales & Marketing in Chicago before relocating to the Bay Area to become the Northwest Sales Director for FORTUNE Magazine where I received national recognition for my sales and leadership achievements.
Education
I received a BA degree in Economics from Northwestern University, where I graduated Phi Beta Kappa. I reside in Chapel Hill, NC and coach/train internationally.
Experience
My client base represents a broad range of industries and diverse company sizes, spanning from pre-IPO startups to well-established corporations. The list includes such names as Airbnb, Church’s Chicken, Facebook, Google, McKesson Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Pinterest, Tory Burch, Twitter and Ultragenyx Pharmaceuticals.
In addition to my one-on-one executive coaching work, I support teams and organizations on a range of issues such as gaining alignment, effective conflict resolution and Vision/Mission/Purpose. I also create customized programming based on the specific needs of an organization.
Certifications
I am certified as a professional coach through The Co-Active® Training Institute and am a member of the International Coach Federation.
