About Bernie Vasquez
I have been an Executive Leadership Coach since 2019. Having grown up in very different places all around the world (Miami, Boston, Dominican Republic and Dubai), I have been very fortunate to meet people of all walks of life and diverse cultural backgrounds. I grew up playing different sports as well (soccer, volleyball, squash and taekwondo) which instilled a competitive spirit as well as a sense of teamwork with me, that I do my best to deliver to my clients. My passion is supporting professionals and individuals to reach their fullest potential by leveling up their mindsets and their everyday habits.
Education
Having graduated from the International Baccalaureate (IB) while living abroad in Dubai, UAE, I was instilled with cultural awareness from a young age. After attending Florida International University for several years in pursuit of a Bachelors of Business Administration, I decided to go to coaching school after having completed a 5-month transformational leadership program in my free time. I attended Ideal Coaching Global in Los Angeles, CA where I completed their Coaching for Excellence program, an ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program.
Experience
I’ve had a private coaching practice since starting coaching school back in 2019. Since then, I have coached and consulted with businesses in various industries including Tech and IT, Manufacturing, FMCGs and Hospitality/F&B. I have worked mostly with entrepreneurs, as well as young men in search of purpose and the next step in their emotional and professional growth.
Certifications
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Certified Professional Leader of Business Relationships (CPLBR). I’ve also completed other certifications in various coaching modalities as well as university-level courses on personality.
