The Leadership Journey©
The Leadership Journey© is PeopleTek’s flagship program, a 12-session, coach-led experience designed to help leaders at every level grow in self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop the skills to inspire and influence others.
Grounded in the Leadership COMPASS©, the Journey guides participants through the 12 key leadership behaviors, from self-awareness and communication to accountability and inspiration. It’s not a one-time training, it’s a process of transformation that equips leaders with tools they can apply immediately and return to throughout their careers.
How It Works
- 12 interactive group coaching sessions plus one private coaching session
- Facilitated virtually over 6 months (sessions held every other week)
- Practical tools and assessments, including DiSC, MBTI, TKI Conflict, Working Genius, Learning To Listen, and 360 Feedback
- Open enrollment options or private team programs for 6–10 participants
- Access to QwikCoach online coaching resources
- Eligibility to earn the Certified Professional Leader of Business Relationships™ (CPLBR) credential
The Team Leadership Journey©
The Leadership Journey© isn’t just for individuals. Entire teams can participate in the Team Leadership Journey©, applying the COMPASS© framework together.
In these sessions, team members build awareness of one another’s strengths and learn how to align goals, roles, communication, conflict, trust, and measurement. The results are powerful: 98.3% of teams completing the Journey finish a major business project together and document measurable productivity improvements.
Participants in the Leadership Journey© will:
- Assess critical components of leadership and identify over- and underused skills
- Develop new abilities that increase effectiveness and confidence

- Gain insights for presenting themselves in a way that inspires trust and respect

- Leave with a defined project and project planning tool tied to a real workplace objective
- Build a personalized development plan informed by 360 Feedback and five leadership tools that can be used for a lifetime
- Improve coaching and mentoring skills to support others’ growth
- Continue learning for life with Your Journey Continues, a free monthly group coaching program available to all graduates and sponsors
