Michael W. Kublin is the founder and President of PeopleTek a leadership coaching and development company specializing in helping leaders, teams, and organizations learn, grow and transform their talent. PeopleTek’s vision is to create world-wide individual, team and organizational excellence. This is done by connecting leaders, teams and organizations to the coaching, development and tools they need to be successful.
Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and received his MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He’s the author of 12 Steps For Courageous Leadership, The Leadership Journey I A Process for Self-Aware Leaders, and Leadership Journey II – Moving Beyond The Barriers, and Leadership Insights a book to help leaders learn, grow and transform. Jan Mayer-Rodriguez
VP Operations/COO
Oversees operations and infrastructure for PeopleTek’s growth and processes, is editor-in-chief for PeopleTek’s weekly leadership tip, assists with developing and enhancing business relationships with PeopleTek’s customer base, and identifies developmental opportunities and costs for organizations and individuals.
Jan had a 27 year career with American Express with positions spanning Customer Relations, Client Support, Project Management, Quality Control, and Six Sigma. This multi faceted focus on leadership included improving internal/external customer and employee satisfaction levels, delivering superior products, and building effective cross team behaviors. Born and raised in Michigan, Jan graduated from Eastern Michigan University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology.

I have worked with Peopletek since 2011 and currently hold the position of Vice President of Client Relations. I have experience coaching across a broad range of Industries including Financial Services, Banking, Marine, Health Care, and Technology companies.
My career prior to PeopleTek was with American Express where I worked in a variety of Director Level leadership positions ranging from Customer Service, Employee Relations, and New Product Development. I always felt that coaching and developing others was one of the most critical parts of my job. My coaching extended beyond the people who reported to me. I have always loved finding that unique strength in a person and then helping them to leverage that strength to grow in their career. Growing up as the middle child in a family of 12, helped me to adapt and accept others where they are at a very young age.

After working in Risk Management and Logistics for the Department of Defense for five years, I joined the PeopleTek team in 2017 as part of the back-office support staff. I studied Communications at Stetson University and love that PeopleTek helps individuals reevaluate people, relationships, conflicts, and communication skills. I assist Journey participants by coordinating logistics, managing instruments, and developing reports. I am the Project Manager for custom projects we have with our many Partners. I also assist with PeopleTek’s marketing.
My husband, Chris and I, live on the coast of South Carolina, have been married since 2007, and have two daughters.
