About Christine Mann
For over 25 years, I’ve been dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations toward transformative results and enduring triumphs through my expertise in executive and career coaching, management consulting, and team building & facilitation. As a certified coach and business consultant, my mission revolves around nurturing the core values and fostering relationships that pave the way for sustained success. My process begins with a comprehensive understanding of individuals—both their professional endeavors and personal aspirations—as well as the hurdles they face within their organizations. From there, I customize my approach to empower leaders and their teams to leverage their distinct strengths, forge strategic alliances, and actualize their goals.

Experience
Before founding my own coaching practice in 2011, I led global teams as Vice President of Business Enablement in Global Business Services and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Global Procurement and Real Estate at American Express. In these pivotal roles, I orchestrated teams responsible for implementing impactful change management strategies, pioneering talent, and engagement initiatives, and driving customer satisfaction programs to new heights. My journey within American Express also encompassed various progressive leadership roles spanning Operations, Strategy, and Customer Service functions. Prior to my tenure at American Express, I also honed my skills and acquired extensive expertise in Procurement, Materials, and Manufacturing functions during my time at Northrop Grumman. Additionally, I have cultivated alliances with many strategic partners, collaborating with professionals from the front line to the C-Suite, to enhance their collective impact and reach.

Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
