For more than 25 years, I’ve helped individuals and organizations achieve breakthrough results and lasting success through executive and career coaching, management consulting, and team building & facilitation.
As a certified coach and business consultant, I focus on the values and relationships that lead to lasting success. I start by holistically understanding individuals — professionally and personally — as well as their business challenges. I then tailor my approach to help leaders and their teams capitalize on their unique strengths, build alliances, and achieve their objectives.

Before founding Mann Consulting, LLC, I held the offices of Vice President of Business Enablement in Global Business Services, and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Global Procurement and Real Estate at American Express. These teams implemented significant change management strategies, talent and engagement approaches, and customer satisfaction programs.
I also held several progressive leadership roles within the Operations, Strategy, and Customer Service functions.
Prior to my career at American Express, I gained extensive expertise in the Procurement, Materials, and Manufacturing functions at Northrop Grumman.
I have a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I also have the following supplemental certifications and credentials:
