log of issues or items that require follow-up with dates and the &#8220;owner&#8221; of the task\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><b><\/b><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The nature of our business will dictate what and when we have meetings, but the Table Group recommends having four types of meetings:<\/span><br \/><br \/><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Daily check-in<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(5-10 minutes)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Brief, informal updates<\/span><\/div><br \/><ol start=\"2\" type=\"1\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Weekly tactical<\/b>\u00a0(45-90 minutes)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Review your scorecard; resolve critical tactical obstacles and issues<\/span><\/div><br \/><ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Monthly strategic<\/b>\u00a0(2-4 hours)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Discuss, analyze, brainstorm and decide upon a critical issue affecting long-term success (prepare in advance and expect conflict!)<\/span><\/div><br \/><ol start=\"4\" type=\"1\"><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Quarterly offsite review<\/b>\u00a0(1-2 days)<\/span><\/li><\/ol><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Review and define team development, company dynamics and clarity, and industry trends<\/span><\/div><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meetings, be it on calls or in person, are a great way to provide updates and re-visit your\u00a0team\u2019s priorities, focus, direction, and progress.
