Answering the 6 questions below will help with delivering the feedback:<\/span><br \/><br \/><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0What am I expecting this employee to achieve in their role this quarter?<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Are my expectations reasonable, and have they been communicated?<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Am I able to explain how their work contributes to the larger team<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 goals?<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If I believe they are falling short, what evidence do I have to support<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 that?<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Can I give them examples of what\u2019s not working?<\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0What guidance will help them get back on track?<\/span><\/div><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once we plan our delivery, our feedback must be clear. What are the specifics around the point\/issue\/action being addressed (provide details), what was the impact, and what could be done differently to obtain desired results?<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ask the employee for their thoughts and obtain their perspective about how you can help them meet your expectations.
