(and perhaps an owner to drive and monitor achievement).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Is there a continued focus on building and maintaining relationships? Where are there gaps?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Is your talent retention plan working?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What are you doing to develop and foster career growth?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Is technical savvy sufficient to keep abreast of changing times?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">How could you make your work culture more favorable?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">How will your goals change in 2025?<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When can you share 2025 goals?
