We frequently talk about how effective leaders are also courageous leaders; who represents this better than the leaders who made Independence Day a reality?<\/p>\n

Independence Day in any country is generally viewed as an important day to be celebrated. This is no different in the United States, where each 4th of July it commemorates its Declaration of Independence from Great Britain.<\/p>\n

Men make history, and not the other way around. In periods where there is no leadership, society stands still. Progress occurs when courageous, skillful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the better.
