What we may be unclear about is knowing the tasks or roles that creates joy or provides us with a sense of accomplishment and in general feeling good.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Can you define what a good workday means to you? Does it include:<\/span><br \/><ul><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Building and maintaining healthy business relationships?<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Developing others?<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reviewing goal progress?<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rewarding and recognizing achievements?<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Continual learning opportunities (for yourself and others)?<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These are all part of being a leader.
