You\u2019ll find respectful interactions regardless of differing opinions, and you\u2019ll find transparency about owning accomplishments as well as mistakes.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As leaders it\u2019s up to us to set the stage.\u00a0 We need to demonstrate that we value integrity and that our actions are aligned with our expectations.
