without them trust will be lacking and success will be more difficult to obtain.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>We need to commit to continually hone our skills and recognize that &#8220;Leadership is a process, not an event!&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul>We also believe the most impactful leaders act on the following:<br \/><br \/><ol><li><i>They work on self-awareness and learn how to best engage others<\/i><\/li><li><i>They understand and leverage their &#8220;Magic Dust&#8221; and that of others<\/i><\/li><li><i>Their Vision, Mission, Goals and Measures have been communicated and are fully supported by their behaviors (VMGM=B)<\/i><\/li><li><i>They communicate with others in each person\u2019s preferred style<\/i><\/li><li><i>They have clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and desired results\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/i><\/li><li><i>They not only hold themselves accountable, they encourage others to do the same<\/i><\/li><li><i>They Honor &amp; Embrace Conflict as it can spark innovation and be inspirational<\/i><\/li><li><i>They Influence Others through their interactions and behaviors<\/i><\/li><li><i>They build and nurture Authentic, Lasting Relationships<\/i><\/li><li><i>They\u00a0<u>provide<\/u>\u00a0timely and meaningful feedback, and regularly\u00a0<u>solicit<\/u>\u00a0feedback<\/i><\/li><li><i>They make others feel valued and Inspire others to learn more and do more\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/li><li><i>They support career growth<\/i><\/li><\/ol>Have you developed essential leadership skills and are you equipped to lead others and help them lead themselves?
