\n\u2013Patrick Lencioni<\/p><\/blockquote>\nWe conducted a very informal poll and asked:\u00a0Besides trust, what\u2019s another behavior\/trait you want your leader to possess?<\/p>\n
Even though we said \u201cbesides trust,”\u00a030% of the respondents provided \u201ctrust\u201d or \u201chonesty\u201d as their #1 want.<\/p>\n
Think about your work relationships. How many of those relationships have trust as its foundation? How would your business partners\/peers\/direct reports respond if asked if they trusted you?<\/p>\n
