Do you have a set of criteria that you view as critical leadership skills? What about a list of behaviors a leader must NOT possess?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Remember, teamwork begins by building trust&#8230;<br \/>\n\u2013Patrick Lencioni<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We conducted a very informal poll and asked:\u00a0Besides trust, what\u2019s another behavior\/trait you want your leader to possess?<\/p>\n<p>Even though we said \u201cbesides trust,&#8221;\u00a030% of the respondents provided \u201ctrust\u201d or \u201chonesty\u201d as their #1 want.<\/p>\n<p>Think about your work relationships. How many of those relationships have trust as its foundation?
