We\u2019re probably all guilty of multi-tasking at one time or another, and perhaps even more so as the holiday season ramps up.<\/p>\n<p>We may think having the ability to multi-task requires skill and may serve us well, but that\u2019s not the case. Based on studies, when we multi-task we need to &#8220;switch gears&#8221; which actually takes time, and we may be paying insufficient attention to both tasks which results in higher error rates. In addition to errors, how we feel is impacted.
