Kennedy &#8220;Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Setting our direction keeps us moving forward; we\u00a0need to know where we\u00a0want to end up, and we\u00a0need a plan for reaching that destination. <a href=\"https:\/\/peopletekcoaching.com\/staging\/resources\/leadership-compass-survey\/\">PeopleTek\u2019s\u00a0COMPASS<\/a> can help!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div align=\"left\">\n<div>\n<p><em><strong>SETTING A CLEAR DIRECTION<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>By using the PeopleTek COMPASS, you will:<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>(Re)Discover your passion<br \/>\nReconstruct your career<br \/>\nInfluence productivity for growth<br \/>\nEstablish and share a direction to achieve success<\/p>\n<p>So, how should you start using the COMPASS? We suggest reviewing your VISION, MISSION, GOALS, MEASURES and\u00a0BEHAVIORS.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Are they documented?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Do you \u201clive\u201d the behaviors necessary to realize them?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Have you communicated them?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Could you change any behaviors to better support the attainment of your VMGM?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Based on our experience, the biggest mistake people make when setting goals, and\u00a0the biggest misconception people have about goal setting is that don\u2019t think they need them; when they finally realize they do need them, they don\u2019t write them down.<\/p>\n<p>Another issue is that people think their goals need to be perfect. Not true! Goals must be re-visited, and revised as\u00a0necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Use the COMPASS components to assist you.
