This includes sacrificing their own time and interest to put more energy into the corporation. These selfless acts are measurable and done on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Loyalty is a two-way street.<\/strong> A company and its leaders must be loyal to their employees if they are to expect loyalty in return. John C. Maxwell feels loyalty boils down to COMPASSION.\u00a0 His formula for achieving success is:<\/p>\n<p>COMPASSION &gt; COOPERATION &gt; RELATIONSHIPS = RESULTS<\/p>\n<p>As leaders, we must ensure employees understand the value they provide. Maxwell suggests we make it clear that our leader\/employee relationship addresses the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>DO YOU CARE FOR ME?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nValue your team as humans, not resources<br \/>\nPeople are more important than projects<br \/>\nKnow what motivates each person<br \/>\nShare what you value most about each person<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAN YOU HELP ME?<\/strong><br \/>\nRemember that it\u2019s a two-way relationship<br \/>\nWhat can you do to help them grow and obtain their career desires?<br \/>\nEach person helps you and the organization most when you help them<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAN I TRUST YOU?<\/strong><br \/>\nKeep your promises<br \/>\nBe consistent<br \/>\nMatch your actions with your words<\/p>\n<p>Achieving results is essential for growth and sustainability.
