(personally and professionally)<\/li>\n<li>What development area(s) would help most with your growth? (financially or intellectually)<\/li>\n<li>Are there relationships that need to be developed or strengthened?<\/li>\n<li>How are your communication skills? Do you over or under communicate?<\/li>\n<li>Do you schedule time for you? (To use however you choose!)<\/li>\n<li>How could your life be more meaningful?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>From an organizational perspective, do your colleagues\/direct reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support shared goals?<\/li>\n<li>Trust one another?<\/li>\n<li>Engage in healthy conflict?<\/li>\n<li>Hold one another accountable?<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on achieving collective results?<\/li>\n<li>Support an agile mind-set?<\/li>\n<li>Embrace differences?
