Would they be aligned with the perceptions and feedback others provide?<\/p>\n<p><strong>T<\/strong> &#8211; Are you able to build (and maintain) <strong>TRUST<\/strong>ing relationships with colleagues, direct reports, and partners?<\/p>\n<p><strong>I<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Integrity<\/strong> is said to be the most-mentioned corporate value; do you live those values?<\/p>\n<p><strong>R<\/strong> \u2013 Are your desired <strong>results<\/strong> directly linked to your vision, mission, goals, and behaviors?<\/p>\n<p><strong>A<\/strong> &#8211; Is your delivery <strong>authentic<\/strong>?\u00a0 Are your behaviors aligned with your expectations? Would others say you\u2019re the &#8220;real deal&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p><strong>L<\/strong> \u2013 Do you truly <strong>listen<\/strong> (not just hear) what others say?
