He provides the following about those with high <strong>EQ<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re change agents.<\/strong><br \/>\nThey understand that it\u2019s a necessary part of life\u2014and they adapt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re self-aware.<\/strong><br \/>\nThey know what they\u2019re good at and what they still have to learn; weaknesses don\u2019t hold them back.<\/li>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re empathetic.<\/strong><br \/>\nBeing able to relate to others makes them essential in the workplace. With an innate ability to understand what co-workers or clients are going through, they can get through difficult times<br \/>\ndrama free.<\/li>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re not perfectionists.<\/strong><br \/>\nThey know perfection is impossible; they roll with the punches and learn from mistakes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re balanced.<\/strong><br \/>\nThey know the importance of maintaining a healthy professional-personal balance in their lives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re curious.<\/strong><br \/>\nThey don\u2019t judge; they explore the possibilities; they ask questions and are open to new solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>They\u2019re gracious.<\/strong><br \/>\nThey believe every day brings something to be thankful for; they feel good about their lives and don\u2019t let critics or toxic people affect that.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Any idea which element of <strong>EQ<\/strong> you\u2019d score highest in?
