    \n\nMy definition of a good leader somewhat follows the same as People Tek\u2019s definition as the ability to influence a group to achieve specific goals. However, I do think it is more than that. A leader is not only able to influence others, but they are also dedicated to growth. The growth is within the leader, and from their example, others around them grow. This ability to lead by example is something intentional, and must be carried out with a purpose and desired result.
    \n\nA good leader will have a vast balance of attributes as well. These attributes will vary from leader to leader, but each one should be self-aware of their strengths and areas of improvement.
