Leadership Journey ® - The leadership journey is a 12
session executive coaching program providing executives and managers
at all levels of management, with tools and techniques to improve
and sustain their overall effectiveness. This management development
program will utilize assessments, case studies, simulation activities,
and interactive role play.

Team Leadership Journey ®
- The customized team leadership journey is a workshop conducting
confidential interviews where we gather information about what
is working well, identify gaps, and provide solutions that enable
the organization to create a desirable environment and obtain
optimal results.

Executive Coaching - Individual Executive Coaching is coaching
is for individual leaders and professionals who wish to enhance
their leadership skills, improve relationships, deal with difficult
situations, or improve their career development process.
Group
Coaching - Leadership Cafe ® - Group Coaching - Leadership
Cafe is done in a group setting, an Executive Coach addresses
issues such as managing change, conflict resolution, decision
making, problem solving, improving communication skills, and dealing
with unclear priorities.
Emotional
Intelligence (EQ) ®
- In the emotional intelligence workshop you'll Learn the 4 quadrants
of EQ and discover how to better engage in communication, manage
your emotions in difficult situations, use your awareness of others
to perform at your peak, manage your relationships to increase
job performance, and integrate EQ into your job and life.

Feedback Program
- 360° Feedback Program is facilitated by a PeopleTek coach,
solicit confidential and constructive feedback from peers, customers,
and business partners and learn what you're especially effective
at and create a development plan.
Change
Management - In the change management workshop you'll learn the positive
and negative stages of responses to change and better understand
how the differing leadership styles within your organization are
apt to respond.
Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator II- Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator II - Better understand your leadership strengths
by obtaining more detailed and in-depth knowledge of extraversion/introversion,
sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, and judging/perceiving, and
learn what leadership strengths you may be over-using and under-using.
