The Program
PeopleTek’s advanced Leadership Development program for individuals is called Journey II – Moving Beyond The Barriers, and is exclusively for graduates of the Leadership Journey program.
While Leadership Journey I provided the road map of tools, Journey II is dedicated to clearly assessing what you as an individual desire to change in order to achieve your professional and career vision
Journey II has 2 main formats:
Virtual
■9 virtual sessions lasting 90 minutes
■1 one-on-one individual coaching session lasting 60 minutes
■the workshop meets every other week to accommodate busy participant schedules
■the program is available worldwide to meet the needs of traveling leaders
In Person
■9 3 hour sessions every other week
■8-10 participants/class
■classes take place in major cities in theUS
