The Program
PeopleTek’s Leadership Development program for individuals is called The Journey. It is called a Journey because it takes time for new skills to be developed and honed. Lasting change doesn’t happen in a day or a week. Experts frequently cite the timeframe of 3 months for change to become second nature.
The Journey is a program that has 2 main formats:
Virtual
■12 virtual sessions lasting 90 minutes
■1 one-on-one individual coaching session lasting 60 minutes
■the workshop meets every other week to accommodate busy participant schedules
■the program is available worldwide to meet the needs of traveling leaders
In Person
■12 3 hour sessions every other week
■15-25 participants/class, chance to interact with others from different companies, learning different perspectives and experiences
■classes take place in major cities in the US
