dissertation research was about Effects of Optimism on Goal-Setting
Performance. He co-authored a research
on Airline Station Performance as a Function of Employee Satisfaction, which was presented in 2001 at the
16th Annual Conference of the Society for Industrial and Organizational
Psychology (SIOP) and published in the Journal of Quality Management
in September 2001, Vol. 6/1/ pp. 27-43.
