Pat Pinera
brings a wide breadth of experience to her coaching, facilitating
and mentoring. Pat’s Life experience, Corporate experience,
and values together with her practical, down-to-earth approach
and sense of humor make a winning combination for her clients.
She has a tremendous track record of coaching individuals to
define where they are, where they want to be, and develop action
plans to close the gap.
Before starting
her coaching business, Pat gained extensive leadership experience
from her 28-year career with American Express. In addition to
managing large, multi-million dollar departments, Pat was a
Leadership Advisor, Chief Quality Officer, and Six Sigma Deployment
Champion.
Pat has
hundreds of hours of experience in leadership development and
coaching. In addition to one-on-one coaching, she has taught
professionals and leaders topics such as Situational Leadership,
Change Management, Project Management, and Continuous Process
Improvement. She taught business classes at the college level
and has facilitated team building events and countless problem
solving teams.
Pat has
her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She completed Life
Coach training with the Institute for Life Coach Training, a
program accredited by the International Coach Federation. Pat
is a member of the International Coaches Federation.
As a Life
