PeopleTek’s Fundamentals of Project Management Workshop
The failure rate of projects is astoundingly high across all industries. The success rate of IT projects is as low as 32% according to a 2009 report by the Standish Group which measured the percentage of projects delivered on time, on budget and on spec in over 400 firms. To increase the probability of success, well established processes have been developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) which provides a rigorous approach to managing projects. This PMI-accredited workshop is based upon the core principles of the PMI and counts towards Continuing Education credit for PMI members.
