Michael
Kublin is the founder and President of PeopleTek, Inc., a company
focused on the coaching and development of leadership professionals.
In
1999 Michael used his knowledge of coaching individuals and teams
to develop a comprehensive 12 session leadership-training program,
PeopleTeks Leadership Journey. This program provides leaders
a way to improve their skills and abilities as a leader. The primary
focus is to help leaders feel more knowledgeable, confident, and
secure in their leadership positions. For
over 8 years Mike has been coaching leaders to look at their behavior
and determine what is working and what isnt for them to
obtain their personal and professional goals. Mike is credited
with helping many individuals achieve their personal and professional
goals, while simultaneously improving their business efficiency
and effectiveness.
Upon
graduating from the University of Florida in 1976 with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration, Michael worked for Electronic
Data Systems for three years in a variety of roles in their Computer
Services Division. Michael then joined American Express, where
over a 19 year period had held several top managerial positions
in Information Technology and Sales. His leadership positions
include; Director of Technologies, Manager of Production Control,
Manager of Computer Operations and Territory Sales Manager.
In his last
position Michael was Operations Leader/Director Of Global Telecommunications
Networks for American Express. In his role, he directed 50-internal
staff members and nearly 70 outsource partners, all engaged in
supplying voice and distributed technology services to service
approximately 8,000 employees.
In
1986 he received his Masters Degree in Business Administration
from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
He is also involved
with several relevant organizations, including the American Society
of Training and Development and Society For Human Resource Management.
Mike
is a member of the board of Directors and has served as past president
for the Elderly Interest Fund, a non-profit organization in Broward
County Florida that helps the elderly indigent.
