This 12 session program provides leaders with tools and techniques
to improve and sustain their overall effectiveness through the
use of assessments, case studies, simulation activities, and interactive
role play.

Phase
1: The Journey Begins with Self Discovery |
Leaders will
experience:
An interactive and interpersonal introduction to the program,
receive an evaluation and assessment of skills, and participate
in brainstorming and teamwork activities with peers and facilitator
to apply learning to the leader's job.

Phase
2: The Journey Continues with Collaboration and Creativity |
Leaders will:
Learn a new method to set a meaningful team mission statement
that is linked with departmental and organizational objectives.
Through experiential exercises, leaders learn why the processes
of hiring, performance review, reward and recognition, and development
need to be linked.
- Create a focused communication plan
- Create measures to assess team effectiveness
- Create a hiring strategy

Phase 3: The Journey Ends with a Personal Development Plan |

Leaders will:
Practice new skills, discuss different ideas for resolving issues,
and begin looking forward to the future. Here we take all the
skills and concepts learned and apply them to the leader's actual
work environment.
- Practice performance feedback process
- Learn how to handle difficult individuals
- Communicate and manage change
- Build relatioships and create a network
- Learn new critical thinking model for problem solving
