Tom Kurtz
has been a full time executive coach for over 7 years and prior
to that he spent 15 years in retail and financial services management.
After his corporate career he co-founded a consulting firm which
helped organizations improve bottom line results by focusing
on the ‘people’ skills individuals needed to be effective
and successful. He also developed innovative hiring and selection
techniques for companies building stronger teams.
Most recently,
Tom created a series of new career and leadership development
courses and strategies which enable people to gain valuable
learnings with minimal time investment.
Tom has
helped professionals from all walks of life gain a clearer understanding
of their talents and skills and to use that knowledge in building
more rewarding and productive careers. He has worked with professionals
ranging from bank presidents and ‘C’ level executives
to project managers and engineers.
Tom holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Sociology and
an MBA with a specialization in marketing and finance.
Tom is a
former field forum editor with the American Society of Training
and Development and regularly conducts workshops and seminars
for out -placed professionals throughout the greater Phoenix
area.
