What does it take to find the certainty and confidence to make the tough decisions that you know are right? How often do you choose the choice that has significantly more return when it also is accompanied by various levels of risk? The easy decisions are those where the situation is fairly routine and the risk of a bad outcome is low. The hard decisions come from situations that entail a sizable level of risk for a significant reward.
This workshop will teach you where courageous decisions emanate from and how to make them with confidence. You will learn the bedrock upon which these traits and how to develop them. You will learn how to determine your vision, mission, and goals in such a way that they are immediately actionable. Passion, accountability and persistence are the hallmarks of of courageous leaders. You will study the core traits of courageous leaders, learn how they have spurred leaders to greatness, and learn the critical insights to making these traits your own. You will have the chance to apply your learnings to an issue that you feel strongly about.
